How trasform a Channel content.bin (copy from wii ) to a Channel.wad (that i install with wadmanager)?

I don't believe anyone has really worked on this or a tool to do this.

But as far as i can deduct, the content.bin should have pretty much all the channel data excluding the ticket. How to pack/decrypt it, i wouldn't know.

EDIT: So how the people make a channel as opera , it is a fake?
