Im trying to get channel forwarders for my apps on my vWii on my wii u and I am trying to use wads to install channel forwarders but they wont install from multi mod managers. When I try to change my ios, it says my vwii does not have 249 or 236 or any number above 80. What do I do.
What you're doing will not forward them to the Wii U they will only show on the vWii side. After you have a channel or wad installed on the vWii side you need to use this https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wiivc-injector-script-gc-wii-homebrew-support.483577/ and choose homebrew and install it via WupInstaller GX.
Try using YAWMM mod by fix94. I could never install anything with MMM. Also, make sure that all of the wads are good, and not corrupted before installing them.

Nope, just overwrite anything if it asks. Also, just having stuff on your SD card won't brick anything, but installing Wii only things (like Priiloader) can brick the system.
If you are worried, you can copy everything from your SD card to your Desktop and then do those steps.
Maybe if you have a nand.bin already present on the SD card, then it might crash the app, but it can't brick as the application doesn't write to the NAND.

This is NOT AN ERROR!
it means you disabled the AHB PROTection normally preventing you to install WADs.
You need to answer "NO" when it asks you if you want to reload to another IOS "anyway" (meaning: why would you want to do that? you already unlocked your console), because NO you don't need to reload to 236 anymore (don't follow old guides telling you that you need to), you already unlocked the protection
At this step: press A !
and then, proceed to install your wads.
be sure you are using Fix94 version !

About IOS80:
you'll need to patch IOS80 if you plan to move channels onto the official SD Menu. if they are on SDMenu, you can't launch/move back to internal memory if you didn't patch IOS80).
if you install the game on internal memory, then you don't need to patch IOS80.

Ahh, thanks Cyan. I thought that you needed to choose a CIOS above 200 for Wad installs on VWii.
Awesome. Everything worked. But that forwarder for nintendont you gave me doesnt open up nintendont. Instead it says loading usb loader gx then goes back to the wii menu.
