Hardware Changing brightness level on PSPGo

Just wandering if its possible to change the brightness level on PSPGo, the current brightness hurts my eyes a little (i have sensitive eyes). I know there's a plugin you can use but either im not doing it properly, or its not compatible with the Go, but ive been searching google and cant find anything. Also sorry for all these n00bish questions recently guys, only got my PSP recently so im still learning what i can and cant do with it

Not sure if you overlooked this, or if you're asking for more brightness levels on top of the regular options, but there's buttons along the top of the back-half of the PSP Go. It has the Brightness/Screen button, the Volume rocker, and the Sound options button.
