I'm new here and I'm not sure where to ask about this. If I use fusee Gelee to use homebrew, does it permanently change code in my switch? If i reset my switch does it go back to original unmodified software? Or is my switch software permanently changed?

Nope, it rembers every app that has been started and how long it was in use.
Otherwise features like the parental control app for android won't work.
