Hacking Change profile and theme in cfg usb loader.

Hi,

I am a very satisfied user of the cfg usb loader. I have however one question that I couldn't find an answer for.
Is it possible to change profile and theme with one button. So if I switch to my next profile is it also possible to have a different theme for that profile.
I searched with google and studied the settings.cfg and options.txt, but I couldn't find how it should be done if it is even possible.
