Homebrew Change e-shop region

Hey! I'm sitting on a new 3ds xl with 9.9.0.
Is there a way for me to access the japanese e-shop to buy/use a code to download and play monster hunter x so I don't have to import and wait?

you can't access the eshop of a different region to your console (at least above 9.2, I don't know about 9.2 and below).

even with 9.2.... the only possible way to do that is do a region swap, and it requires SecureInfo_A (multi access may cause console get banned)
