Hacking CFW Important game need?

Hy I bought a switch with serial is safe to hack it but i don't know how start anybody can send me guide or say it in private?? FW: 7.0.1.
I read for CFW it need some game was on it. But i don't have any and it need to upgrade the FW: to get in the Eshop.

You don't need a game for CFW as long as your switch is unpatched.
