Well, you can use ctrbootmanager. If not, use ROP for 1 cfw and theamhax for other CFW. Tested and working for Reinand and cakes on my n3ds 9.0U. Though themehax has low boot rate.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
