Hacking CFW 3ds 11.9

Hey people
I was trying to install cfw on my 3ds via frogminer (I did this method earlier on another 3ds) but when I install steel diver it is already on v2 and the expoit won't work is there any solution for this?

Delete the update file within the Nintendo 3DS folder on your SD Card, Delete the steeldiver game from within your 3DS System Settings, and reinstall it using the eshop. I've had this problem before, but that seemed to fix it.
