Hacking Certain XCI files not working?

Hey everyone! As you can tell, I am new here and I'm still not sure if I'm even posting this in the correct section.

My issue right now is that I cannot seem to "install?" Octopath Traveler. I have the trimmed USA/Europe XCI version which I put into Tinfoil zerotwoxci. It seemed to work fine as it did not give me any errors. I went back to the home screen to find the tile with no thumbnail and the loading icon. Corrupt I assume but I've tried downloading it multiple times and each time is the same result. I did however try using Sonic Mania Plus XCI and that did install correctly. It only seems to be Octopath Traveler (the ONLY game I really wanted to play)

OFW is 5.1.0

Edit: Just tried installing it again and found "WARNING: Ticket installation failed! This may not be an issue, depending on your usecase." "Failed to install XCI"

Try using XCI2NSP to do the conversion. Hasn't failed for me yet

Hey bud, thanks for the reply.

I did end up converting the file last night and it worked like a charm! Well i know which file types I'll be sticking with from now on!
