Emulation CEMU NOOB! Where do I start?

I downloaded CEMU 1.8.0B, what now? (DO NOT MENTION WII U DOWNLOAD HELPER)
I have a few wii u games on disc and I also have some digital games, but lets start with disc first. What the first thing to do? I want to do quick dumps and low file size.
