Homebrew Question CDN bans with normal bans?

Hey so THIS IS NOT A STATEMENT JUST A QUESTION TO NOOBS

There have been rumors that all normal bans will turn into CDN bans, is this true?

People who had normal console bans seem to have all noticed they are now superbanned. Moving forward, its possible all bans will now be superbans however that is speculation. We will have to wait and see. Its also possible this was not a banwave but Nintendo moving the atum server behind dauth giving off the effect all bans are now superbans.

I don't think you need to tell the mods when I thread should be closed....

But anyway maybe before it was that someone at Nintendo had to notice something then manually ban, now it's probably automated.

I'm banned from the store but can still download updates
even for .nsp games
