Hacking Cart saves to R4DS

Alright, I got the saves off of my games and put them on my computer, now I'm trying to convert them to 512k so that I can use them on the R4. I know about http://www.shunyweb.info/index.php, but as I'm not getting the files off of another flsh cart, but from the real game card, what should I do? I tried experimenting with saying it was a SCL .sav file and converting it to R4DS format, but the save doesn't load on the R4. Any suggestions?

What size are the files you're trying to convert?

They range from 8k to 256k

Nevermind, with a bit of messing around I figured out that claiming they were EZFIV and converting them to R4 works. Booyah.
