Capcom Sales Fall By 37%

Capcom today released its sale results for the first fiscal quarter in 2011 that ended June 30.

The company reported net sales of 11,953 billion yen, a 37 percent drop from the 19,037 billion yen it reported in the first quarter last year. Capcom did see an increase in profit for the quarter, reporting 338 million yen, a 58 percent increase from the same quarter last year.

During this time, the company shipped Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D - which moved 400,000 units worldwide - Super Street Fighter ? Arcade Edition - 300,000 units - and Monster Hunter Freedom 3 in Japan - 100,000 units.[/p]

That dumb decision with the Mercenaries 3DS one save issue couldn't have done them any favours. I agree that Megaman needs to come back. I've been playing the Megaman X Collection on my PS2 (was never released in the UK but since when did that stop pirates?

) and they're some of the best 2D action games I've ever played. Saving up the lives I need to get the Hadouken in the original game

Release a new Megaman X game on the 3DS and you can just take my money.

Good luck finding said money, I've not seen it for a whilee

IT'S BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T BRING MH3P OVER.

All of it. Well that and MML3. But mostly no localization of MH3P.
Everyone I know with a PSP plays that game with a translation patch.
They would make excellent money by localizing it.

Plus, they'd make a crapload more money if they brought MH3P over but they'd make an even larger crapload if they brought Monster Hunter Frontier over, we want that game.

Seriously, there is a boss in that game where you can take 16 people into the quest with you and have 80 lives altogether...DO WANT!

Un-cancel megaman legends 3, make a monster hunter game for 3ds and for the love of god localize it
