Hacking Can't update IOS36 probably missing/corrupt

THIS IS FOR WII U WII MODE Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this!
A few months ago, I tried to use USB Loader GX. I probably used a Wii tutorial though. I think this because now I can't update my system, or Smash 4. (error code 105-3102) I deleted the homebrew channel and formatted my console in order to fix the issue. Now I tried to fix it again, first thing I needed to do was get the homebrew channel back. I rented SSBB from the video store and tried to play it. My old Wii worked fine but the game wouldn't play in my Wii U. I found out that SSBB, Mario Kart Wii (Which also didn't work), and a certain Castlevania game all needed IOS36 to play. Considering they both didn't play, I think I have a regular Wii IOS36. Now I need to know:
1. Can I get the homebrew channel back after I deleted it. I could rent LEGO Batman and use the Bathaxx exploit.
2. How do I go about restoring a VWii IOS36
3. If that still doesn't fix the problem, what do I do from there?
I did not do a NAND dump and I have no clue what NAND is.
I don't plan on using homebrew after I repair IOS36, how can I completely remove it?

I'll post a syscheck when I figure out how. (If I get homebrew back)

Do not remove IOS36, you could possibly brick your console. Additionally, since you have installed a Wii IOS36 to your vWii, your Wii U may fail to update. What you need is for somebody to upload a vWii IOS36 so you can install it. Give a look in the forums, there are many threads about your problem. Look for threads about the Wii U failing to update, in there you should find somebody to get you the vWii IOS36. You may want to do a sysCheck just to make sure what IOS you need to fix, look for a post by JoostinOnline, I think his signature has a link to the sysCheck application you need.
