There was a dll file left behind. I can't delete it because it says its being used. Anyway to get rid of it? And yes, I have already tried the normal Windows uninstall manager. I am running Windows 7.

I once had a little prick of a file that wouldn't go away on an XP machine so I booted into my Ubuntu LiveCD and deleted the file. Simple as that. Though my file was a corrupted shortcut while yours is a program file which could probably be deleted using Slyakin's method.
