Hacking Can't start payloads

I'm on B9S 1.0 and Luma 7.1.

A few days ago I tried to update to the last Luma version per Luma updater. It cancelled with the error code which says I need B9S 1.2. Now I try to update B9S per tutorial on the guide site: https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s

But I can't start payloads! I don't have access to the chainloader menu. And the "button_" variant dont work too! I can't start safe installer, I can't start GodMode - so what can I do?

Are you making sure you have the .firm versions of those programs in the Luma payloads folder?

of course I have the firm versions!

You can just make a backup of your original boot.firm, take your godmode9.firm, place it on the SD root and rename it to boot.firm, forcing godmode9 to boot instead of going through Luma chainloader
Edit: plus that link talks about not being able to chainload via ctrnand, which is not related to chainloading from sd

I found the issue. I copied the boot.firm to the CTRNand. Because it was a step in the guide when I moved from A9LH to B9S. But I don't copied the payloads to the CTRNand. And now after I copied the payloads in the CTRNand (per FBI) Chainloader and Payloads works now.
