I'm trying to edit a font for a game's translation, because it doesn't include some of the Latin characters we want to use. With the CTR Font Converter, I can get as far as unpacking and editing the font in a sprite sheet. Unfortunately, the font is in BCFNA format, and whenever I try to export it as such, it switches to BCFNT right before saving.

My process is as follows:
Switch to the input field's image tab → Pick the correct BMP file with the file selector → Pick the correct letter order → Switch to the output field's ‘bcfnt / bcnfa’ tab → Select the output location in the file selector, and either specify *.bcfna in the file picker or name the export file as such → Click the convert button at the bottom
At this pont, the text field denoting the destination file rewrites itself to say .bcfnt at the end, the process begins, and the final exported file is a BCFNT.
Simply renaming the file to say .bcfna at the end doesn't work, of course, and crashes the emulator.

So, how do I export a font in BCFNA? Thanks in advance.

Can you give me your software to do this please?
