Hacking Can't play retail GC discs after using MIOSPatcher?

I am using a GC_Backup_Loader.wad channel I found here for backups, which is working well, but after installing that channel and using the MIOSPatcher with MIOS v4, upon trying to run a retail GC disc with either the disc channel or the new channel, it simply won't let me run my GameCube games.

Only the ones burnt to a DVD work.

Is there a way around this?

Ah, I figured it out after a bit of searching.

It was because I had the region free GC option enabled for Starfall. After uninstalling that they work great.
