Can't open RomFS or ExeFS on dev app

Figured it out! You have to decrypt with this tool (gm9 and other tools don't like this dev encryption) and then you're free to check RomFS and ExeFS all you want. You'll have to re-encrypt to retail if you want to install dev apps however.

Original question:
Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.

I recently got some developer "SystemUpdaterForCTR" CSUs and CIAs, and I wanted to get the firmware from RomFS. When I mount the apps in gm9 and open RomFS (and ExeFS), I get "invalid directory object". When I get gm9 to verify the apps, it doesn't see any problem with them. I'm not sure what to do. I know for a fact that there's nothing wrong with the files, 'cause they're straight from Nintendo (again, my apologies if this is the wrong place to ask about things like this).

I also tried decrypting them, but I get "decryption failed". Any ideas?
