Homebrew Cant make a nand backup

If i try to make a nand backup sd failure or Sd full i tried to make it with a different sd card but i had the same error
Im on 9.2 maybe a corrupted firm0 maybe someone know how to fix this
i hvae 27 gb free

i have luma but i cant make a nand backup

If you have luma and a9lh then just update your console

You can update to 11.4 and then downgrade to 11.3, you can do it with a guide that has recently posted here.

could you send a link to this guide? My sd card isnt fake i putted a 3gb file in there and it worked so the nand should have enough space
