Cant launch anything on my 3ds

Hi my 3ds fell on the floor the other day and now I get this error
I can’t lauch anything and it crashes 30 secs after starting.
what should I do ?

Also: if you can't start apps, can you start applets? (notes, friends list, etc.)

you might be able to start the applet version of camera with L/R buttons on home menu instead of opening the camera app

Wifi chip NEEDS to be reseated.

I circled the wifi chip. yours will be slightly popped off. you need to push it back in to its place.
