Hacking Can't install cIOS v10

Yeah, see title.
I get ret=1017. Same with cMIOS installer.
I was on 3.2U, downgraded from 3.4U, had cIOSCORP and cMIOS installed.
cIOS or cMIOS didn't install then, now no cIOSCORP or cIOS. WAD Manager 1.3 says IOS16 is installed, and WADs install fine.
I also have a Softmii theme installed, if that helps any.

No, but I got it fixed up now. Had a bad version of cIOS, installed v7 from a WAD, now things are working again.
