Homebrew Can't install CIA's to sysNAND with CtrBootManager

I want to install FunkyCIA so I can redownload my DSiWare games. Whenever I get to CtrBootManager (from browserhax), and select Pasta from the Homebrew menu, it takes me back to the Boot Manager (where there's no Pasta option). How do I install CIA's to sysNAND?

I there a button press to bypass the boot manager? If so press it after selcting Pasta. If not then I don't know.
