Hardware Can't get my 8bitdo wireless adapter to work in dock mode?

Hi here's my problem I turn my switch on in docked mode the adapter doesn't work but when i unplug my switch from the dock it lights up.but because I have a hard case on the console I have to use a dock extension usb cable to go from the dock to the switch any ideas guy?

As soon as the switch goes to standby or sleep the adaptor starts flashing again strange?

I remember my controller being finnicy. Just make sure you've downloaded the latest firmware

Hi yes I've already done that it like there's not enough power to it.

Tried a powerd usb hub too.i think it's the dock extension cable.

good evening I have a problem. i bought 2 usb bluetooth dobe wired and 8bitdo. when I connect to switch kosmos 12 hekate the ps4 controller is not recognized but under reinx its very fine walk do you have a solution?
