Hacking Can't get any cheats to work

Running Sonic Adventure 2 Battle via USB Loader GX 3.0

I put the txt in the txtcode folder. Enabled Ocarina. Marked and created the gct for the cheat code I wanted to use, which was just one 'Tons of Emblems', because getting all emblems in that game is ridiculous

Everytime I try to run the game with the cheat enabled a message pops up saying I need "usb1:/sneek/kenobigc.bin" to use ocarina

I tried downloading the file from this topic: http://gbatemp.net/threads/kenobigc-bin-is-needed-to-use-ocarina-with-dios-mios.366265/ and doing as the poster said, putting the kenobigc file in the 'games' folder of my USB HD since I run my games from it

but it keeps giving me the same error...

How do I get the cheats to work?

It's probably obvious but just wanted to say it anyway. Wii games have their cheats working fine.

It seems to be GC games only that don't let me cheat due the kenobigc thing...
