Hacking Can't finish CIAs

Before:
I used the 3ds.guide to install Homebrew and Luma3ds on my o2ds/11.2 succesfully.
Then i updated to 11.6. I installed Freeshop and downloaded a few games until my 4gb sd card was full. After buying a new 128gb card i didn't format it to FAT32 i think, i just copied the files of the old 4gb card to the new one. My 2ds worked fine, but i got the Freeshop errors 0xF9608022, 0xD8A08004 and 0xD8E08025.

After:
I took my old 4gb sdcard and used this guide to use the bigger sdcard: (). I still getting these errors in Freeshop, after getting 100% in "installing (1/2)". I can't install (mostly) big cias in FBI (getting errors in "install all cias and delete" mode or it isn't giving the option to install the cia). CIAngel says it can't finish (!) the CIA.

Do you think my sdcard doesn't work or is there another problem?

You need to format it to FAT32 and 32kb allocation size

Like showed in the video, i used GodMode to format the sdcard (auto variant). The sdcard was formatted with guiformat to FAT32 and 32kb allocation size before.

look your original post hints that your sd is likely faulty and running that program will tell us if thats true or not . . . not to mention other than being told to try another sd card its likely the only/best advice you will get . . . do yourself a favor and run the test program

I'll run it tomorrow, but for now i use another sdcard (64gb), if it doesn't work with that one either it's my cfw i guess

then set up the sd card fresh (dont copy paste from the other sd card . . . if corruption is the cause you might end up copying corrupted files)

can you explain how i shall do it without copy and pasting it?

re-download & put the files from the finalization step on your sd card (create any folders you dont have as needed) Finalizing Setup - 3DS Guide

the 64gb sdcard is fully empty, will the nintendo 3ds folder automatically written by the 2ds itself?

yes . . . use a pc tool like EaseUS Partition Master Free to format to fat32
then put the sd in the 3ds and it will create a few files
then put the sd in the pc again and copy the files from the guide to it

i tried those steps, after going out of the download play application, trying to get into the set hb launcher, im getting this error:

An exception occured

and then a bunch of code

It worked fine. Finally I could install some cias I couldn't before. Sometimes the error with the large code strikes back and it'll shut down. I could install 2 little games in freeshop (Dr. Mario and Mario Bros.) after a few problems, now I'm getting the old error codes, except 0xD8A08004. CIAngel gave some cert error (i tried to install a game, it couldn't finish the installation) and now it says
"Error from reader: * line 1, column 1
Syntax error: value, object or array expected"
(it shuts down so fast, I opened ciangel actually 10 times to read it lmao)
FBI keeps giving no CIA install options to all games.

The 2ds is also sometimes shutting down randomly when i open a homebrew app
