Hacking Cant find links for PAL wii-U smashstack.

Hi everyone. So I have been wanting to soft mod the vwii for quite some time. I finally got the the courage to do so, only I cant seem to find a working link for the PAL smash stack exploit. I can find the NTSC version no problem but I don't want to risk ruining my wii-U by using an exploit from the wrong region. Or do I?

I just confirmed this, however i downloaded this yesterday from that source . I can send it to you in arround 8 / 9 hours.
