Hacking Can't connect to internet after install CFW 3DS

I installed latest Luma CFW and need to get the homebrew app on it and need internet to do so but the connection auto drops after a successful connection test. The 3DS is connected to my router as its listed there in the setting of it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you follow 3ds.hacks.guide? If yes, did you jump any step?

I followed that guide perfectly and did not jump any steps.

There's not absolute need to get internet connection in order to make working the HBL (supposing that you have Luma CFW installed already). Read and follow this post, please
