Using WUPinstaller I installed BotW (12GB) and a few other games to my sysNAND.

Then like an idiot, I installed BotW on the sysNAND again, but failed because it ran out of available space.

Now my sysNAND appears completely full but BotW is still only showing 12GB.

Is there a way to clean up my sysNAND?

Thanks in advance, I apologize for being severely retarded.

Go to data management and choose system memory. It should tell you there's corrupted data and let you remove it.

I have tried this, but unfortunately it does not tell me anything.

Here's what I did:

Check data on sysNAND - 3GB free
Go into WUPinstaller and accidentally install BotW (9GB)
Install fails, out of space.
Return to data management - 0KB free, no automatic "needless data" nag pops up as usual
Select BotW but only the original data (9GB) save file (20MB or something) and Update (3GB) are installed, no corrupted data here.

Is there a tool I can use to clean sysNAND or can I dump the saves and format?

Open up eshop and download a small demo. After that you can remove corrupted data from data management
