Homebrew cant boot on reinand

Hi. I try to install aureinand but i cant boot on that. This my sd https://www.transfernow.net/16bf61z8nh95
Somebody could see what's the problem?

You need to place ReiNand.dat in the root of your SD (boot.cfg tries to load it in /ReiNand.dat)

Yes Its on my SD card ( I forgive to put in the file "transfernow") I don't understand my problem.

Emunand create with emunand 9
My SD card.
3ds /reinand 3dsx &smdh
Nintendo 3ds/emunand(create dbs and import ) and sysnand.

When I select Reinand on ctr. I boot on ctr again or black screens or one screen become red. and on the homebrew of reinand i boot on sysnand
ps: its not me who have change the config of ctr
