Homebrew Cant boot on Emunand with Luma

Hi, i bought a new new3ds xl and i try to boot on emunand with Luma but its not possible. I dont understand,i got all files for Luma i think.

My sd : 3ds
Nintendo 3ds
Luma( config and payload. (payload: firmware.bin) (for new3ds)
Key x2
Luma.dat

Do you even have any hacks installed at all? Arm9loaderhax? Or even menuhax? What firmware version do you have?

N7 kooper : Hi Yes i have installed hacks on other New 3ds. I use menuhax on sysnand 9.2 eur
