Homebrew Can't access eShop or update Games

I bought a 3DS XL on eBay.
The Device is from Japan, but i bought it from UK. The CFW on the 3DS is Luma3DS (as Sysnand?).
Now the Problem: When i try to get in the eShop i get the error code 007-2001.

Could i format the 3DS without a problem and the problem is solved? Or is there another solution for my problem?

i can access the Luma3DS config without the sd card so i think it's installed as SysNAND

Until now i only used an EmuNAND with Luma3DS and menuhax

If it's from Japan and the system language isn't Japanese, then someone has done a region change

Which under certain circumstances will block eshop access on the new region
