Hacking Homebrew Cannot use Savegame Manager GX (loads cIOS 249 indefinitely)

How do I fix this? I just want my save games on my USB drive. I don't know much about homebrew or anything. It's an old RVL-001 Wii on 4.3. Used the str2hax to get Homebrew.
I got Savegame Manager working once but I messed with some USB port setting, it froze and I tried to redownload it. Now it just tries to load cIOS 249. I want to find a solution as soon a possible? Please! I already wasted hours and an USB stick trying to fix it.

Having the same issue on Savegame Manager DX on Wii U, Vwii....hangs on cIOS 249. I have two Wii U's. On my older one it works perfectly. On this newer one it gets stuck on that loading screen. I'm trying to transfer the Miis from the older ones VWii and I don't know any other way to do that. It originally was set up with the latest cIOS but I tried using the older one since my older Wii U worked but to no avail. Everything else works fine. Here is my syscheck.

I was able to fix the cIOS249 loading indefinitely issue on my Wii U by changing the USB drive from the top rear port to the bottom rear port. Works perfectly now. Maybe just power it off and switch the port your USB drive is plugged into.
