Homebrew Cannot update game

I have a hacked New 3ds on 1.10. I once tried to get my game, Pokemon Moon, randomized. But I gave up after a while after I lost interest. Now, it won't let me update the game.

I believe I remember deleting the update data for the game? But yea, I need to update the game to connect to the internet.

Did you try re-installing the game?
