Almost a year ago I've bough R4 SDHC from an UK website that my friend gave me the link to(she herself bought the card there and had no problems with it).
Since that time I've been desperately trying to make it work. I've tried literary everything. Every possible freeware compatible with the cart(and even incompatible as well, out of desperation, lol). Nothing worked. I just start my NDSL, and in the game menu I get Star Wars Lethal Alliance. When I start it, DS just freezes with one black and one white screen and does not respond to anything but 'power on/off' button.
I know that there are fakes around that do not work whatsoever but I keep hoping I might have missed something as I blew 30 euros on this card in hope of turning my DS to a portable multimedia center.

Help would be greately appreciated, I give free cookies!

Here are some pictures of my card and the screen itself, for the reference.(sorry if links have to go somewhere else, n00balert)

Cheers all :)

Thanks for the replies :)

I went to that website many times before. But just in case went one more time right now and downloaded the latest version 1.34. Transferred all the files from the .rar file to the memory card.

Still the same result :( The screens go b/w and no reaction.

@Bunie
Going to the site standing on the box was the first thing I did after I've unpacked the cart. Only after it did not work I searched for the alternate versions. :)

@bowser
Formatting wise I always format it FAT32. Pardon my stupid but I don't understand what you mean by using "a non-SDHC card" You mean other type memory card? Or the kernel meant for other cart type? :)

ok so your problem is when you start a game from the r4 sdhc menu
if thats the case then you can try this steps

1.format your card and defragment it by formating it with an application called panasonic card formatter (firs back up your games,make all options on ) ....link above
2.then try to put the firmware files from the r4sdhc.com
3.dont forget to click the "safety remove hardware"
4.if this things are not working then try a different cd card or a "non-sdhc card" like bowser said , usually are smaller then 4gb (2gb or 1g)
