Hacking Cannot load SSB4 with loadiine

I cannot load super smash bros 4 with loadiine v3. I am unable to use loadiine GX temporarily, and so Loadiine v3 is the only thing I've tried it on. 5.4.0 US.

When I load it it says:
An error has occurred.
Please press and hold the POWER Button for at least four seconds to turn the console off.
Error Code: 160-2200

What about loadiine v4?

I'm on 5.4.0, iirc V4 doesn't work on that. Using Loadiine GX fixed my problems, as I have access to home wifi now, instead of limiting hotel wifi
