Homebrew Cannot load Luma 9.0 config through b9s

I have followed this guide twice already. The first time went correctly. But I was having troubles with Homebrew so I formatted my New 3ds. But I had noticed that in the settings, it still said "Sys" instead of "Ver". But I ingnored it and carried on with the guide. Now I am at the point where I cannot load the luma configuration menu through powering off the console. Is there either a way to get the Sys back to Ver (I'll just follow the guide for a third time) or is there a way to load the config menu another way so that I can continue?

You shouldnt follow video guide, they are tends to be outdated compare to 3ds.guide instructions.

You made SO MANY mistakes in 6 sentences, let me make a list:
1. Following a video guide. You should never do that as they get outdated pretty fast. You should follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/ (don't do it yet tho as you may make the issue worse)
2. Assuming that issues with homebrew has to do with b9s. You can consider b9s as the BIOS of a computer. If you have a problem with a program, you don't try to reinstall the bios firmware
3. Thinking that system formatting will remove b9s: As I said above, b9s is like a BIOS, formatting the computer only removes your data, b9s remains intact.
4. Reinstalling b9s for a second time: Most likely you corrupted something, luckily you didn't corrupt b9s but the files in your SD card.

Now I want you to explain at which point on that guide you got stuck, what are the exact symptoms when you power on and a screeshot of your SD card root. Try to give as much info as possible

I am stuck where you are in the b9s installer menu and you are supposed to power off the console to boot into the luma config menu. But it will not boot. I have no problems when powering on the console. It works fine.

So you are holding Select and the Luma configuration doesn't show up and goes to the home menu directly?

It suppose to be SYS if you are on CFW/B9S, Ver is for regular non hacked 3ds.

I'm at the point where I have already dumped my F0F1 file and installed b9s. I just cannot load the luma config menu, which is the next step.

If it boot up to the system and it says SYS, then you are missing the firm file for Luma and Godmode9, basically firm files in the Luma/payloads folder

Try holding Select+Dpad down+L+R in the home menu. Does something happen? I find really strange that b9s was removed, so I still think something is wrong with Luma or you accidentally uninstalled b9s from the installer.
