I already closely followed the tutorials , searched, read every post and tried for 4 hours with no success. I cannot get this working

My switch just doesnt boot, it hangs on the nintendo switch logo. Im on fw 4.1.0, i tried the tutorials with different games (kirby, street fighter 30th anniversary) but i get the same result.

I dont understand what is happening, it is normal for the patch.bat to create a null file, out and update folders after running it? I have not seen anyone mention this and I saw also a video tutorial and this files where not created.

Do you have the keys.txt in the same Folder?
yes, of course

with some xci files i get this error:

Error: Invalid XCI partition!
ERROR:
Could not open input file
- System error: (3) The system cannot find the path specified.
The system cannot find the file specified.
The system cannot find the path specified.

Press any key to continue . . .

with other games i get this

all keys fail to match (i know this is normal), and i know you dont need all keys but i tried both ways, with some and with all keys and get same result

[WARN]: Failed to match key "keyblob_seed_01", (value "0C25

Also i think my switch got bricked. I tried restoring the BCPKG2-1-Normal-Main.bin backup but it still doesnt boot, it keeps hanging forever on the nintendo switch screen. I will try restoring the full nand......

When you open your keys.txt with Editor does it look like this:

master_key_00____________________= C2xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_01____________________= 54xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_02____________________= 4Fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_03____________________= 84xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_04____________________= CFxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
aes_kek_generation_source = ...
aes_key_generation_source = ...
key_area_key_application_source = ...
header_kek_source = ...
header_key_source = ...

or something like this:
master_key_00 = C2xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_01 = 54xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_02 = 4Fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_03 = 84xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
master_key_04 = CFxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
aes_kek_generation_source = ...
aes_key_generation_source = ...
key_area_key_application_source = ...
header_kek_source = ...
header_key_source = ...

Edit: LOL first example should be with a lot of Spaces somehow it doesnt show up right..
