I Cannot Get any disk loaders to work for me i am getting so mad. I have done like everything i can find on how to do it and i think i am pretty close. I have done on my Wii 4.2U
1.Homebrew channel installed
2.bootmii install as boot2
3.dopMii (install IOS36 with Trucha Bug (FakeSign Bug))
4.IOS236 Installer
5.cIOS 249 installer rev17
6.NeoGamma
Everything but NeoGamma R9 beta 44 seems to be working, when i tell it to run from dvd it says init drive, then tells me the game id. Then my screen goes green and it brings me right back to bootmii. Ive been trying on and off for about a year to get one of these to work i think i am going to throw my wii out a window if i cant get it to work soon

wow!
You have a D3-2 drive, it'll NEVER play discs.
USB loading is your only alternative, which is, BTW, much better anyways.....
okay, and would you happen to know what i need to do that?

You need to DL a usb loader, either as a channel (wad), or as an app, on your SD card, which you launch from the HBC ( create a folder called apps, put your usb loader here).
There are: Configurable USB loader, ( I use that)
USB loader GX,
Wiiflow
and go out and get external USB drive, 320GB about 50 bucks.
I would also recommend using xflak's program, ModMii to setup and install
all of your usb launcher needs, and to format your drive to FAT32 for best results, also use Wii Backup Manager
to transfer to and from your pc to usb drive.

Ok thanks, theres no cIOS to install or anything like that?

You don't need anything but a usb devices (flash or HD) most usb loader run under cios 249(which you have already).
I use Wiiflow cuz it looks cool. Just put the original in and press install and it will be on your hard drive. (or you can download iso off the net and use wiibackupmanager). Just remember to format in FAT32 saves you troubles

oh, and with those backup discs, use imgburn, "create image file from disc" option, and put those on your drive.
