Misc Cannot find a tutor for blocking browser update

Hello all,

(TITLE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO SAY TUTOR BUT TUT)

I have been trying to find a tut on how to block the browser from giving me the update nag. I have searched this website and Google. I found out that Tubehax dns which I used to have would do it. Though I read Nintendo fixed that. I also came across a Tut to use opendns but I can't get it to say anything other than "inactive".

I'm on 10.3.0-28U I was on 9.9 but was getting the nag and wanted to downgrade using browserhax (to obviously access homebrew launcher) , so I figured I'd upgrade to downgrade.
I'm just afraid to go forward and get the nag again.

If anyone has safe tips it would be much appreciated!

If you downgrade to 9.2 you won't get the nag anymore as that was started on 9.9.
Tube hax dns can't be used to start homebrew anymore but will still block update nag on 9.9+
