ROM Hack Cannot connect to gateway website

I haven't played my 3DS for awhile but got a hankering for ProjectXZone… I thought I remembered the process when you have a gateway card in but when I try to connect to gateway.3ds I get an error saying that the website does not exist anymore.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or something that changed?
