Hacking Cannot add Seed Cheat to ACWW on AK2i

So, Im trying to add this Gracie Car Seed onto my save. I need to use a cheat, so I use R4cc to add the cheat into the AK2i's USRCHEAT.dat. When I save and apply the cheat, I go onto my AK2i but to find out the cheats not there... But its there on the PC. Am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated, thanks.

If you're saying that the cheat you added is not available, then go into the cheat menu and press X to rebuild the cheat cache.

If AKAIO is not even showing a cheat option for that game, then the the game ID is incorrect; an easy way to fix this is to load the ROM into R4CCE by click on the game cheat in R4CCE then clicking those "..." and load the ROM.
