Technicly yes, using an emulator. However, unless you have a very high end computer, it'll be very slow. They also don't have good compatibility - not all games will work, and those that do will have issues in graphics, sound, etc. If you can afford or have a computer that can emulate a psp smoothly, I see no reason why you wouldnt be able to afford buying a psp in the first place.

here's a link to the only psp emulator I know of:
http://www.jpcsp.org/

Yes, all you need is a PSP, a USB cable, and a PSP plugin.

Attach the USB cable, play the game and start the plugin and watch the action on your PC screen using the PSP as a controller.

Not exactly what you meant?

That's not classed as emulation

No computer can emulate the PSP fully yet.

Actually no emulator has full compatibility yet. JPCSP is getting active development and the list of playable games is expanding.

yes the jpcsp can emulate psp but limited, because of its early stage. and there is one for windows, its pcsp but i't cant play games yet like the jpcsp.

And also other controllers.
Loco Roco plus Wiimote = Win.
PS2 Style controller + Pops = Win also.
