hey i hered that the switch records all errors but that you can deleat them somehow. couldnt we just block the logging of error massages somehow(and also dns block morst of the unwantet nintendo servers) to reduce the ban risk?

This is true but the issue is I believe it reports them on the online server so you would kill online services as well just easier to delete them keep in mind, if you pay attention to what your doing you should be fine
deleting the logs is silly, you will definitely get banned, now not recording some of the game you play, and only recording legit games, thats a different story.
