nope, it totally does. ASLR makes it extremely unreliable (emphasis on extremely), and it's very, very unlikely to boot. Even more so than the first FBI build with Memchunkhax2.

First FBI build was nowhere near as unreliable, it worked once every 4-8 tries, meanwhile OoT3Dhax... I'm yet to successfully boot it on unmodified 11.0. Every attempt ends up with:

-Game crash "An error has occured, forcing the software to close. The system will now restart."
-Black screen error "An error has occured. Hold down the POWER button to turn off the power, then turn it on and try again."
-Game frezeezing up with no error, forcing me to turn off my 3DS.

Nothing except that has happened so far. 100 attempts and counting.

Actually, it depended. Lots of people launched FBI well over 100 times without success (I did, for example. It was.... very annoying. But then NASA came along and it actually had a high boot rate).
