Homebrew Can someone help me with patching?

Basically, the Great Attorney english translation came out today.
I'm broke so I'm trying to use Citra to play it (I know the creators don't intend for Citra to be used.)

So I download the .3ds file and then try to patch it into an English file but Flips always gives me the error "This patch is not intended for this ROM!" And I have no idea where I am going wrong. Does anyone have a clue?

    That's one of the issues I have with ecchi stuff recently, it focuses too much on the sexual aspect, not the comedy effect.
