Homebrew Can Luma3DS install foreign region DLC?

It doesn't seem to work on my US N3DS when I install japanese DLC on FBI. The original game works fine, though.

yes it could. try to up to newest fbi or use bigbluemenu

I think the problem was that the english patch for the game I had applied didn't support the DLC.

Yes you can with FBI.
But if the DLC/Update is not matching with the Game it is not working.^_~

The update and game region must match, same games from different region don't have the same title ids
