Hacking Can I reset my Switch Lite or do I need to?

I bought a Nintendo Switch Lite mod chipped but it seems the Atmosphere has been installed into SysNAND along with Games etc. I am unsure if this Switch Lite has been banned from Nintendo because when I got it, its already in Flight mode.

I want to clean the SysNand and create an EmuNand and run games from the sd card instead of my Sys Nand.

My question is, if I resetted the Switch Lite, would it cause problems to the modded chip or the console? And is there a better solution to clean the SysNand?

You don't know what's been done to it before, so there's a high risk of ban no matter what you do. You can't properly clean the sysNAND, you can wipe logs and reset everything to factory but that can look suspicious too since the logs won't match what is on Nintendo's servers already.

Unless the seller provided you a clean NAND, it is hard to tell. You can try to boot into OFW and go on the eshop, if allow you you probably not banned yet.

I managed to reset it and created emunand for my games. I can still use the Sysnand with the eshop, now I can switch between online and offline.
