Can I remove a Wii U account via FTP?

It's basically the title question, can i? if so, someone explain it to me please, by the way, i posted another thread that has more details of what happened, so if you can go there and see it, it would be great

I'm not sure if anyone has ever deleted an account via FTP.
I think your only option would be to factory reset the console through the account you have access to.

This is supposed to be possible, yes, but I'm not sure which file to delete.
